I found something better than blogging

  • I think it is the ideal hobby for any geek.
  • I get a lot of wonderful peer feedback.
  • I would be absolutely happy if I got paid for it.
  • I would do it full time.
  • It is not sex.

Que va, si las fotos las tomé antes de que nos sentáramos a comer, esperando que mi mamá bendijera los alimentos. En mi familia las sobremesas duran horas, hasta la digestión se hace en la mesa. Je je je!

Well, not so. Actually podcasting could be very funny. Think about Peter Sellers´s talking like in his role in "The Party". The reason I am not blogging is that I am "on vacation". My other hobbie is also postponed.

Well, I saw somebody from the Software Engineering Institute visited today this post! And I am very ashamed that I never revealed what the mystery hobby was.

All I did was helping debug some very hard assembly and C++ code on an open source project. It is something I don't get to do very often. It was exciting and I got the chance to solve up to three bugs out of pure courage. I got my wonderful, 15 minutes of fame, but after that, the whole feature I was debugging was ditched.

By the way, I have a friend I miss much at the SEI, so, if you come back here, send my regards to GabrielM, ok?

Moving to MSDN

I haven't decided yet, but it is very likely that I will stop blogging here for some time. For some background, I have moved to the sate...
